Women's Exercise


Women’s bodies have different needs at different stages of their lives. The greatest changes occur prenatally, postnatally and with menopause.

Prenatally you may need to slow things down, stretch carefully and avoid extra stress on the back. Postnatally your thoracic spine may suffer with looking after your baby, the lumbar spine might need stretching into a neutral position, and the pelvic floor may require some attention as well. Tamsen Osbourne is qualified in women’s exercise and can assess your needs and guide you through a safe exercise program using real-time ultrasound if required.
