Posture Correction

Any age group can have poor posture but it is easier to correct when you are young. Sustained poor posture leads to over stretching of the soft tissues and excessive pressure on discs and bones. This can lead to pain and dysfunction.

We can help you to identify and correct your postural problems  at home or at work. We can mobilise stiff areas to enable you to achieve good posture and prescribe exercises to maintain the new position.
